Rick Weisenseel joined RG Barber Consultants in 1991 and is currently a Manager. He has extensive experience as an auditor and has expertise in areas including field examinations, system reviews, due diligence auditing and working with troubled companies. Mr. Weisenseel has worked with regional, national and international banks, performing field examinations on a diverse range of companies. These audits have been in industries ranging from high tech and basic manufacturing to medical services and retail. He has also been responsible for training new employees and reviewing the field exams of other auditors.

Prior to joining RG Barber Consultants, Mr. Weisenseel was an auditor in the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young in Cleveland, OH. In this position, he provided audit and review services to smaller, privately-owned manufacturing and service firms, as well as large SEC companies and not for profit organizations. He was also responsible for supervising and training staff personnel. Mr. Weisenseel has been a seminar instructor on several secured lending topics with the Commercial Finance Association.
